Your Role
As an Assistant Park Manager at KOJUMP, you play a key role in ensuring an exceptional experience for visitors. You will oversee the smooth running of activities, safety, and the park's dynamism, while supervising the team.
Your Responsibilities:
π Operations & Customer Experience
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the park, supporting the Park Manager.
- Oversee visitor reception and ensure an optimal customer experience.
- Participate in the organization and smooth running of events (birthdays, team building, etc.).
- Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the park's facilities.
πΌ Team Management & Administration
- Supervise and motivate the operational team in collaboration with the Park Manager.
- Participate in the management of schedules and the onboarding of new employees.
- Supervise the team in the absence of the Park Manager.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations.
π§ Operational Support
- Manage stocks and equipment necessary for activities.
- Act as a liaison between the field team and management to improve the park's organization.
- Contribute to the optimization of operations to streamline the customer experience.
Your Profile:
- Experience in team management or leading leisure activities.
- Service-oriented, organized and responsive.
- Dynamic, rigorous, and with good interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or catering is a plus.
- Fluency in French is essential (Dutch and/or English are an asset).
