Your missions (supporting the HR team):
👥 Recruitment & Onboarding
- Write and publish job ads, participate in screening applications
- Organize interviews and prepare for the arrival of new employees
- Contribute to onboarding and integration into the team
📅 HR Administrative Management
- Monitor HR documents (contracts, certificates, attendance)
- Assist in updating schedules and daily administrative follow-up
- Participate in organizing personnel files
💡 HR Projects, Internal Communication & Employer Branding
- Contribute to projects related to well-being, safety, or HR organization
- Participate in internal communication (posters, documents, HR materials)
- Help strengthen the employer brand through internal and external content: posts, testimonials, videos, behind-the-scenes, etc.
🤝 Operational Support & Field Liaison
- Act as a liaison between teams and HR to report needs
- Participate in discussions to improve team organization
- Provide occasional support to the team during busy periods or events
Profile sought:
- Student in Human Resources Management, Communications, or equivalent
- Proactive, rigorous, and able to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Comfortable both in the field and behind a screen
- A sense of listening, team spirit, and a touch of creativity are always welcome!
- An affinity with the world of leisure or events is a real plus
