Your Role

As a Park Supervisor, you are the link between the field team and management. You orchestrate the smooth daily operation of the park and lead the operational teams with high standards, rigor, and care. As a true point of reference in the field, you play a key role in the safety, atmosphere, and efficiency of the park.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and train students on a daily basis
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards
• Organize team briefings and ensure smooth communication
• Manage customer situations, even complex ones, with calm and professionalism
• Analyze performance indicators to propose concrete actions
• Guarantee a dynamic atmosphere and an exceptional customer experience

Your Key Skills

• Mastery of operational and safety procedures
• Fluency in Luxembourgish and French, as well as English
• Analytical skills and the ability to make decisions quickly
• Coaching skills and a sense of constructive feedback
• Organization, prioritization, and ability to anticipate
• Natural leadership and team management in a field environment
